Our paper "Tumor-Specific T Cell Dysfunction Is a Dynamic Antigen-Driven Differentiation Program Initiated Early during Tumorigenesis" was published in Immunity. Check it out here. We found out when, why and how tumor-specific T cells become dysfunctional during tumor development.
